Nylon Monofilament Yarn

Nylon monofilament is a type of major-diameter fiber that is used in various applications such as filtration cloth, filtration mesh, and fishing mesh. The production method used is different from traditional fiber. We have 36 production lines to manufacture nylon monofilament, with an annual production of 1200 tons. We use materials like PA6, PA66, and PA12 with diameters ranging from 0.08mm to 2.0mm. We offer hundreds of colors, and we can also customize them according to customers' requirements. Our nylon monofilament has high strength, minor elongation, and other characteristics. We own four related patents for nylon monofilament. 

 

Sewing monofilaments are used in many sewing applications such as carpets, upholstery, and furnishings. These monofilaments are made of filament nylon and are known for their high tenacity, high resistance to friction, bright color, and good color-fastness.
