Product Description
Flame-resistant monofilament is a chemical fiber product produced by adding flame retardant to the spinning process of chemical fiber. At present, phosphorus-based flame retardants (red phosphorus, phosphate esters and halogenated phosphate esters, etc.) are mainly added in the spinning process. The product is characterized by self-extinguishing and difficult to burn. The flame retardant effect depends on the addition of resistance during the spinning process. The amount of fuel, but generally not higher than 16%.
Monofilament, colored wire and flame-retardant colored wire for braided net tube. Using 0.20-0.25MM monofilament, it has high strength, low elongation, good flexibility, and high flame retardancy.
A) Monofilament diameter: 0.08mm-4.0mm
B) Application range: industrial mesh belts, belts, light textiles, electric V tubes, fire hoses, protective nets, hook and loop tape (velcro), conveyor belts, paper forming mesh monofilaments, insulating tube monofilaments, fishing lines And other industrial filter monofilaments.
C) General performance:
Polymer: PET (polyester), PA6, PA66 (nylon).
D) Special performance: anti-hydrolysis, anti-ultraviolet, anti-high temperature, flame-retardant and abrasion resistance.
