Braided sleeving is made from environmentally friendly PET material and has excellent wear resistance, expandability, smoothness, flame resistance, and breathability. The product is widely used in home appliances such as bathroom hose,computer power cords, audio and video cables, lighting, air conditioners, refrigerators, and washing machines, as well as in the maintenance and beautification of lines such as optical cables, motorcycles, cars, and airplanes. It can be woven into different widths, colors, and patterns of braided sleeving according to customer requirements using single or three strands.

NTEC produces and provides flame-resistant polyester monofilament yarn for braided sleeving. the diameter can be 0.20mm 0.25mm 0.38mm or customized as your requirement.  the product has high strength, low elongation, good flexibility, and a high flame resistance rating.

Our flame resistance polyester monofilament yarn is designed to protect cables and wires against harsh environmental conditions. It features excellent resistance to abrasion, heat and flame, and chemicals, making it ideal for a variety of applications. Our polyester monofilament yarn also has a sleek, smooth surface, which reduces friction and protects against wear and tear. 

Flame-resistant monofilament is a chemical fiber product produced by adding flame retardant to the spinning process of chemical fiber. At present, phosphorus-based flame retardants (red phosphorus, phosphate esters and halogenated phosphate esters, etc.) are mainly added in the spinning process.  The flame retardant effect depends on the addition of resistance during the spinning process. The amount of fuel, but generally not higher than 16%.

★★★High strength, short fiber strength 2.6 ~ 5.7CN/dtex High strength fiber 5.6 ~ 8.0CN/dtex, low moisture absorption, wet strength and dry strength is basically the same. The impact strength is 4 times higher than polyamide and 20 times higher than viscose fiber.
