Materials
The strength of nylon monofilament net is a very important property. it is the main performance index to identify different quality.
The raw material is an important factor to the strength. Our normal nylon monofilament net is made of PA6 from Sinopec, the best quality nylon in China. If our customers require higher quality nets in their markets, our monofilament net could be made of PA6 from Janpan or Germany.
According to our experience, the customers in Europe, North America,South America, East Africa and Southeast Asia preper to the higher quality nylon monofilament net.
Diameter
The diameter of our nylon monofilament net could be from 0.14mm to 1.60mm. the thicker the diameter, the higher strength the nets.
The nets in thin diameter is used for small fishes. and the nets in thick diameter is used for big fishes. So you can choose the diameter based on the fishes you want to catch.
Mesh Size
The mesh size is also a very important specification to the nylon monofilament net.Because the fishes are caught by the mesh size, so the fishermen usually use many different mesh size to catch different fish in different season. lf you are a distributor, we suggest that you could prepare several different mesh size for the fishermen to choose.
As usual, the mesh size is related to diameter. For small fish, the diameter should be dmall. And the mesh size is also small. For big fish, the diameter should be big, and the mesh size also would be big.
Strength way
All of our nylon monofilament net should be treated by heat treatment. it is very important to the knot. The suitable strength process could make the knot tight, small, uniform and beautiful. it can reduce the defect of slip knot.
There are 2 kinds of strength way for clients to choose: length strength and depth Strength.
Compared to other net, the process of strength heat treatment is different. Length strength is treated by one time, but the depth strength is treated by twice, the process of depth strength includes 2 steps of heat treatment: length strength + depth strength
Knotted
We have 2 kinds of knot weaving process to choose: doube knot and triple knot.
Compared to other nets, the thread of nylon monofilament net is very thin, so we can produce them in more knots. it can make the knot tigher, meanwhile the knots would not be too big.
The requirements in different countries mighe be different, some countries prefer to the double knot, and some countries prefer to the triple knot.
The triple knot would be tighter than doubel knot, and the process of triple knot is a little more difficult than double knot, so the cost would be a little higher.
Process of Fishing Net Production
1.Raw Material of Fishing Net
Best nylon PA6 raw material, high density polyamide , to produce the net . The raw material will be tested to meet our premium quality standard, before putting into extruding process.
2.Extruding Process of Fishing Nets
Nylon chip will be extruded to be nylon monofilament fishing line . Our quality department will control the quality to ensure that the filament meets the international premium quality standard.
3.Twisting Process of Fishing Nets
In this stage ,the extruded Nylon Monofilament fishing line will be twisted into Nylon Monofilament Net. While PE Monofilament is twisted from Polyethylene Net (PE).
4.Weaving Process of Fishing Nets
The finest twine will be fed into the weaving machine with computerized system and controlled by highly-experienced staffs to ensure that tight knot, precise mesh size ,At Running Water Factory, we can weave not only nylon monofilament but also multi-monofilament and multifilament.

5.Dyeing Process of Fishing Nets

6.Stretching Process of Fishing Nets
In this process, the nets will be set by stream and heat for smooth and standard size. There are 2 methods of stretchingwhich are
1) Depthway/Horizontal Stretching (YOKO): The nets will be stretched by the depth way, using stream and heat. And with advanced technology, our YOKO net is soft and shiny.
2) Lengthway/Vertical Stretching (TATE): The nets will be heat-set by stretching according to the length of the net.
7.Product Process of Fishing Nets
The finished goods will be packed perfectly with standard plastic bag as per our premium quality standard in order to make sure that the goods will be in a good condition when delivered to our customers.
