Nylon Fishing Line
Monofilament is a widely used fishing line that is available in different strengths and colors. Compared to other types of fishing lines, monofilament is less expensive, stretchable, and abrasion-resistant. It has a uniform round shape, which helps to keep it neat on the spool. However, it can be prone to "memory" where it loops in the shape of the spool.
