Good heat resistance: Melt temperature is 170-250°C. Thermogravimetric analysis shows that there is no weight loss under 110-140°C heating for 10 hours; under 160°C and 10h, the weight loss is only 0.05%.
Low-temperature flexibility: the brittleness point is lower than -70ºC, good low-temperature flexibility, can be used for a long time at -50 to 160ºC.
Weathering and aging resistance: excellent weathering and chemical stability in different environments such as water vapor, ozone, natural aging, etc.
Shoes and apparel field: It can be used for sports shoe uppers with excellent breathability, cushioning, good elasticity, and not easy to corrode.
Automotive field: TPEE monofilament can be used in the manufacture of automobile seats, airbags, seals, wires and cables, etc., because of its excellent elasticity and heat-resistant properties, which can resist high temperature and impact.
